Email a zipped copy of a database

In Access 95 how can I create a macro that can zip up the data from the tables and be able to email to another user. I tried using PKzip but it didn’t work. I have WinZip can I use that. The reason is because the end user has runtime Access and they have to email the home office Data from there Access database.
