Email and Internet Monitoring

Hello,
I am looking for some type of software that monitors and tracks employee internet usage. I realize that there are several out there, but I wanted to ask my fellow Techrepublicans what they recommend. Only one problem, our company has been having most of their internet misusage occur at remote offices. I need to find a program that will track all of their usage from my central location. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
