Email Auto Acknowledge / Auto Response

Can anybody help me in getting a solution for email management, which can have a provision for email trasing(somewhat also called as “Auto – Response”).

Means if we send a mail to person ‘X’ & that person sends it to person to ‘Z’ & person ‘Z’ send the same mail to person ‘A’. When all this mailing is being done,the person ‘X’ {being a head} is being informed through some header email (person’s “X”) that the person ‘Z’ & ‘A’ has seen this email.

I hope you have understood our requirements. Kindly help us in this junction by giving us the code in VB or VB Script.
