Email merge with attach. – VB template

G’Day Folks,

I have ~200 email addresses that a standard letter and personalised schedule need to be sent to.

I want to create a template that will match the email’s nickname (eg JSmith) with JSmith.txt containing the schedule.

Can I make Outlook or similar send this ‘welcome’ email to all contacts in an non-standard address book and attach the txt file according to the email’s nickname?

Any suggestions that produce a good result are welcome.

I’d prefer not to use a database at this stage, but will do so if abs necessary.
