email/paging software for W2k

I am looking for a email/alphanumeric capable paging program for Windows 2000 Servers. I would like to use this software in conjunction with the performance software alerts. When a threshold is reached the alert emails/pages an on call person to check the machine. Is there a good shareware product I could use?
