Email Server

We plan to upgrade our email server shortly. We currently use a computer running Windows NT 4.0 Server with a 701MHz processor, 130 MB of RAM and two hard drives, a 19G and a 38G. We are running Exchange 5.5. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a good buy out there for our new server?
