Embed ASCII file into an HTML page

I am not a web developer, but I’ve been asked to take a current ASCII report and have it display in HTML format, so that it can be viewed using a browser – like IE.

Is there some easy way that this could be done, without having to change my program to incorporate the HTML commands for every line written to the ASCII report file?
