Empty Mailbox in OWA

I have an Exchange 2000 mail server that works fine as long as I am within my domain. When I try to access my mail via Outlook Web Access, I connect but my mailbox is empty. It shows “loading” for a second, but no mail shows. Even the contacts is empty.
I know I must have problem with “publishing” but I really don’t know how to fix it. Nowhere have I been able to find documentation on Publishing your Mailboxes in Exchange 2000.
Someone please help me. I am at the end of my rope here.
