Enable Hibernation

I want to enable hibernation on my laptop that is running WinXp Home SP2. When I try to enable hibernation it gives me an error message that states “The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.”

I have tried restarting several times, defragged my drive and it still gives me the same message.
