Enable Internet Connection Sharing

I have Windows 2000 Pro. TechNet article Q237254 refers in item #3 that there is a ‘Sharing’ tab on the connection icon properties. All I have is the ‘General’ Tab of the Local Area Connection. This shows the NIC, ‘Components checked are used by this connection’ window and a box the show the icon in taskbar when connected.
Question. ” How do I enable or get the “Sharing Tab’? Please give me specific instructions. I did try and ‘Start’ the Internet Connection Service’ in “Admin Tools\Services” and that did not help.
