Enable Internet Connection

I had to install a new hard drive and reinstall Win2000 Pro. I have two Network Interface Cards one for a local connection & one for a Broadband (Cable) connection. On the old Hard Drive I was able to get the Internet Sharing Connection to work but on the new one I cannot.
I have tried everything I know but I keep on getting error messages when I try to enable that option.

Any help would be great.
