Enabled over BIOS setup USB hanging PC

When I enabling USB over BIOS setup and Windows installs needed drivers, my computer when I, for example, playing games witch needs many resourses, after 10-20 seconds hungs. May be I need better drivers neither windows ? I have Acorp motherboard with Award Modular BIOS v4.51PGv and ALi M1541 chipset. Where is the base of this problem ?
