Enterprise Management Solutions?

I’m currently looking at implementing a management solution for my network – thinking along the lines of HP OpenView/CA Unicenter/MS SMS…Any opinions/recommendations? It’s for a 10 site/300 user network, mainly for keeping track of equipment/monitoring servers/and to do as much as possible on top of this…

We have tried compaqs Insight Manager and XE, but not been very impressed with the amount of functionality offered…
