Entry point not found

During reinstallation of XP PRO at the 13 min left point during installation I get the following errors:
Unregmp2.exe-Entry point not found
The procedure entry point GET IUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library. MSDART.DLL

Dlimport.exe-Entry point not found
The procedure entry point GET IUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library. MSDART.DLL
