Entry Point not found Error

PC running NT4WS/sp6a. Everytime user restarts he gets 3 sets of errors. “Entry Point Not Found” ” procedure entry point ??_U@YAPAXI@Z could not be located in the DLL MSVCRT.dll” They reference different programs
1. RPCSS.exe
2. tapisrv.exe
3. MSTask.exe

Any idea what may have caused this and how to fix it.
