Environment Variables

In the good old days of DOS it was simply got to your CONFIG.SYS and adjust number of files and increase the buffer size. How do I do it in Win95/98. I tried to search in help but could not find anything.

I posted a question on 02/07/02 I gotno response. (Q. No more than 10 data files in the same folder can be opened at one time. MYOB Plus Accounting Software) I think the answer lies in the area I am thinking on but I don’t know where to find this in Win95/98.
