Equivalent SU (super user command) in NT

I have been working with Linux for the last few weeks and have come to depend on the SU command to do tasks that require administrator permissions. Is there a utility that can do this in NT/2000? Where can I download it? I don’t currently have the NT Resource Kit CD.
