Error 1402

I had a hard drive crash and had to reformat and load everything back on.

Trying to load MS Streets and Trips 2004, which always ran with no problem, now, i get “error 1402 could not open key;
Unknown\MSOHelp.html\CLSID – Verify you have sufficient acess to the key, or contact your support personal.”

I have administrator rights, and some one told me to look in registry and delete it, but there is nothing in registry I can find referring to Streets and Trips.
