Error 403.6 Forbidden IP Address

In Backoffice Small Business Server 4.5, I receive “Error 403.6 Forbidden IP Address” when attempting to go to pages on the local host, including the SBS local homepage. Any help in returning this to normal would be greatly appreciated.
