Error Browsing Network

I am running a NT Mail Server and a Unix Server with workstation running Win 95/98/NT where all users and logging on to the NT domain but not the Unix . I keep having these problems where nobody cannot browse the Network but can still access the servers and print. How can I fix this problem and is there any software I can you to See whats wrong with the network?
