Error c000263 after installing videocard

A Dell Precion 620 running NT4 developed a fuzzy display at our shop – video card: Elsa Gloria II. I upgraded the driver and rebooted but now I can’t get past the STOP: c0000263 error in either vga mode or normal mode. I can’t get to Last Known Good, etc. Don’t have an emergency repair disk for this box.
I replaced the video card with an nVidia but no change.
‘The full message is STOP: c0000263 {Driver Entry Point not Found} The \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\egliim.sys device driver could not locate the entry point VideoPortQueueDpc in driver videoprt.sys.”
A Google search seems to indicate a reload of NT. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Rich
