We are running Terminal Serivices under Windows 2000 Server with a total of 5 users allowed to log in. We disabled one account (the person quit) and created a new account (new employee). She will only be allowed to log in to TS remotely, but when she tries to connect via Internet Explorer on her new Windows 2000 Pro computer, it says “error connecting to Terminal Server.” She has a real static IP address. Shouldn’t she get at least a temporary license to connect with?
