Error in Master Browser

Hi!
I have the following error in the event viewer in my W2k servers.

The browser was unable to retrieve a list of servers from the browser master \\TITANNT07 on the network \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{83AB997F-1C14-4C84-9D37-070B8A0EE401}. The data isthe error code.

And

The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer TITANNT07 that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{83AB997F-1C14-4C84. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

Im not a Network administrator but any help or idea about what is wrong, could help me to fix it. (TITANNT07 is the PDC and this errors are from TITANNT02 File server in the domain)
