error message in IIS, IE5

We have IIS running our extranet ASP aplication in a WinNT Server (SP6). The data base is DB2 AS/400 and is accesed by the server using Client access odbc. It appears frecuently a message with a title ‘MS Programing environment’ and ‘do you wish to debug the aplication (Y/N)?’. We want to know how to stop showing, because at weekend no body is at the office to attend it. We know that de matter of the error is just a delay and it’s not relevant. I have reviwed some options in the IE5 configuration but without success.
