Error : Missing file MSCVP60.DLL

I have reformat 5 PCs due to missing files MSCVP60.DLL. Those PC running Windows 2000 Professional with SP3. I’ve updated all patches & vurnerablities available including recent Blaster & SoBig worms updates, MBoard/VGA drivers & DirectX 9. Because of this missing file, all of 3D games won’t work at all. I even couldn’t run directx diagnostic (dxdiag). The program crashed during the bouncing rectangle test kicks in.
I reformat 2 PCs twice, the same problem still there.
I could’t afford to have this downtime.
