Error on Closing Internet Explorer

I received the error “The instruction at ‘0x016e3795’ referenced memory at ‘0x011c4658’. The memory could not be ‘read’.” when I close IE. I received this error with IE6, and I still get the same error with IE7. I am running Windows XP SP2. Any ideas?
