Error pops up “Ignore Call” IE6 and OE6

Once Dialed into Internet. After about 30 Secs a repetative error box pops up. “Icon of a black telephone. “You have just ignored an Incoming Call” Press the OK Button. Thn line gets disconnected. User Running Win XP.

Scanned for viruses. Can’t find any?
