error when installing USB Digital Camera

Hi

I am attempting to install a USB digital camera but I am getting problems. There are two portions of the driver installation, one for the video (this enables you to use the camera as a webcam)and one for the digital camera itself so that you can download the pics. The installation of the main driver seems to go OK but when you install the video portion, I get the following message near the end of the installation “cannot install, an error has occured, the class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device”. What does this mean? I have made sure that I am using the latest driver, I would really appreciate if anyone could advise on how to resolve this issue because I need to use this camara urgently.
