error when installing usb2 pci card

after putting in a usb2 pci card (zonet- zuh2205v) it asks to search for drivers. The computer looks for drivers and starts to download them from the disk. before completeing an error box pops up saying “the driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry. this may be becuase the inf was written for windows 95 or latter. contact your hardware vendor.” I also went to the vendor page for newest driver it was the same result.
I have contacted vendor but no reply yet. I could use some help.
