Establishing a Dial Connection

Hello,

I need to establish a Dial-In connection for a user outside of the office. I am in a Windows 4.0 NT environment and I am trying to create a Dial-In Connection to my server. My server is on a Cisco Router using DSL. I have tried but continue to get error messages. Is the server in an environment that is not condusive for a Dial-In connection? Any suggestions?
