Euro patch on Win 95 PC

I have a windows 95 PC – trying to install the euro patch (W95EURO.EXE) which I got from Microsoft’s web site. But when I try to install it I get “low on disk space, low on memory or corrupted cabinet file”. I have 3GB of disk space and 32MB RAM.
