event 1008 after License Server Activati

I have one Domain with one W2K D.C. and two W2K Term Servers with Citrix Xpe, (SP2 and all Hotfixes). I setup and activated(over the phone to MS Clearing House)a TS license server on the Domain Controller, (20 Licenses). Suddenly there are 1008 errors in the system log on One Citrix Server, (every 24 hours). I applied a registry update per MSKB Q239107 last week but I am still getting the event 1008
