How to resolve this issue

Here is the whole message in the System Event Log.

The Computer has rebooted from a bug check the bugcheck was 0x000000D1(0x00000002,0x00000009,0x00000000,0xF6421951)
Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195] A Dump was saved in C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP. I looked in the directory and sure enough I do have a 2GB memory dump.
