My proxy server stops working after I get this error: event id:3
Source: Winsock proxy client
Description: Application [msdtc.exe]. The application was started while the service manager was locked and NtLmSsp wasn’t running. etc…
I have visitedmicrosoft’s knowledge base & read article Q268009. Thanks for any help
