Event ID 7001 & 7003

IN Event Viewer/System the 7001 & 7003 Event ID are showing. I have researched it on the Microsoft Web Site and checked that NETBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled and that the ADF service is enabled. The errors continue to pop up along with the 10005 DCOM error. I don’t know if they are related. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
