event viewer

hi,
I’m running a winnt4.0 platform running a proxy server. I keep getting a message in the event viewer w/the following : the http server was unable to load the isapi application. c:\inetpub\scrits\..%5c..\admin.dll. the data is the error.

any help would be appreciated
