EventConfig

I just setup a new exchange5.5 server SP4 to join existing site.
In Exchange administrator, when I try to go into the property of EventConfig in Folder-Events Root I get this error msg
The object cannot be found in the directory. This may be because replication has not complete. Microsoft Exchange Directory ID no:c1010aae. It has been 2 weeks already since I setup the server, I already uninstall and reinstall exchange event service. What else can I try
