EventID, Perflib and FtpCtrs

Got the following errors every few seconds. It is filling up my event logs very fast:

Event ID 1008
Perflib – ” The Open Procedure for service “MSFTPSVC” in DLL “C:\WINNT\system32\ftpctrs2.DLL” failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0. ”

EVENT ID 1000
FtpCtrs – ” Unable to collect the FTP performance statistics. The error code returned by the service is data DWORD 0. ”

Got Windows 2000 server with IIS5.0 (Web/FTP service). Alsogot Exchange 2000 and ISA 2000 on the same box.

Any ideas?
