Every day – Fatal Blue

Every time I switch off my pc in the evening I get the Fatal Blue screen:
Exception 06 at 0000:00007DDA
Exception 0B at 013F:0000499E
Every time I switch on in the morning I get the Fatal Blue Screen – same errors. I then have to run scandisk.
Ihave run windows scandisk and defragger. PC is a Pentium 450 running Windows 95 version B 128mb RAM. Do I need to think about formating my 8Gb hard drive and reloading Windows?
