Every village should have a laptop

Thousands of laptops are scrapped because they are not modern. Still they can be useful.

Often there is not electricity. A bicycle in a fixture with 4 bicycle light generators charging a 12 volt motorcycle battery would suffice.

Licences
Borland has already offered Turbopascal 5.5 as freeware, maybe even TurboC 3.0. If Redmond can offer MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11 as shareware we would be on the way, also QuickBASIC 4.5. Lastly we need Norton Commander 4.5 from Symantec.

Of course we would not have graphic drivers, NIC drivers or CD-RW drivers, but who needs them.
