Excel generates errors to specific users

Excel.exe generates errors under Windows 2000 when it is opened only under the administrator login…not under other users on the same PC. Excel closes up immediately. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows 2000 and Office 2000 under the admin login to no avail. Ran anit-virus. Other users on the pc have no problems using Excel.
