Excel Hidden Macros

I have a Excel spreadsheet that has a macro that saves the spreadsheet in a “csv” format using a different extention. I need to change this but when it was original built the Macros were either protected or hidden and now I can’t view them in order to change them. Can someone tell me how I can unhide or unprotect them.
