Exception in McShield Exe!

On a new installation of winNT4 running service pack 6, I?m getting an error:

In event viewer I get:

Has anyone experience the same problem and if so may I have the link or a fix for the problem. I?ll appreciated all the help I can get, in the meantime I will try to contact technical support from network associates.
