Exch 5.5 server Store.Exe using 100% CPU

Our systems suffered a power failure and upon restart went to 100% CPU usage. This has now gone on for over a week. We are at SP4 for Exchange 5.5 which is supposed to fix the problem. It has not. This server is pretty much unusable due to extreme CPU usage by STORE.EXE.
Any clues much appreciated.
