Exchang server 5.5 inbell probleem

I get the e-mail of the company from other server.So I congigured the Exchange server in the tab blad (Dial up Connection )to Dial every one houre.The problem is that I notice that the Exchange server dial up every a bout one minute (so to see in the Event viewer).I tried many things but I could’t solve this problem,theirfor I disconnect the server a way from the telefoon lijn.Any body have idea what I have to do
