Exchange 2000

I currently have W2K Sp2 servers with Exchange 2000 spk2.
In Exchange 5.5 I used to be able to prune the database of email older than say 60 days old.
Can anyone tell me if this can be done in Exchange 2000 and if yes, what are the steps.
