exchange 2000 and AD

I installed Exchange 2000 but the AD on the domain controller doesn’t seem to synchronize with the AD interface on the exchange server 2000. There is no exchange tasks option on the AD on the domain controller. Please advise. Thank you. I installed the beta evaluation exchanger server 2000 enterprise RC 2.
