Exchange 2000 calendar problem

Hi,

I’ve got this problem and I don’t know what to look for:
sometimes some users loose the appointments on the calendar. It seems to appear random, some users more ofter, and some others less.
os on the server is SBS 2000 and on the clients Windows 98SE.
Any help (even for what monitoring) will be a lot appreciated!!!!
