Exchange 2000 NNTP

Problem: I can’t access an Exchange Server outside our network using the NNTP protocol I can access any NNTP connection from inside my firewall. When I try to connect to my NNTP server from the internet I get this message. “The connection to the server has failed” Under details there is “Code: 800ccc0e”
