Exchange

I am wondering if Exchange is capable of hosting multiple email domains. I have a client who has 3 domains on an apache server and i domain on a IIS server. What we need to do is set up 4-5 email domains hosted in exchange and I am wondering if thisis possible or do I need to go to a different email hosting software?
